Annual Incentive Bonus
We are invested in your success and value your dedication at Hoag. We honor our employees who go above and beyond with our annual incentive bonuses. Employees can receive an annual bonus based upon meeting both department and organization goals.
Employees who obtain a specialty certificate related to their department will be eligible to receive a bonus. Any renewal fees for the certifications will be reimbursed by Hoag.

Pharmacy Residency Program
Hoag’s one-year pharmacy residency program accommodates two residents both of whom are required to rotate through the individual practice areas and complete at least 2,000 hours of residency.
